Shannon Brandenburg
Shannon has an extensive understanding of the Sun Valley real estate market. She knows what it takes to meet the mountain lifestyle and investment needs for both buyers and sellers.
Shannon is an active member of the community and co-owner of The Mill SV, a boutique fitness studio in the heart of Ketchum. She and her husband, Olympic alpine skier Will Brandenburg, feel fortunate to be raising their two small children, Georgia and Boone, in the Wood River Valley. When not in the office, you will find Shannon outside boating, camping, hiking and skiing with her family and friends.
Nick Smithmason
Nick moved to the Wood River Valley in 2009 to ski for one winter and has lived here ever since. Before making a career switch to real estate, Nick spent 11 years working as the head of operations for the Mason Family Restaurants. While there, he honed his wine tasting skills and earned a Level 1 Sommelier.
Nick is married to the love of his life Adelaide, a Ketchum local and general manager of Enoteca. Adelaide and Nick adopted their two children in 2018, Giovanni and Marianna.
When Nick isn’t working or wine tasting he is skiing or biking with his son, watching his daughter practice gymnastics or hiking with their dog Enzo.
